masterpiece i say Emotional about wrapping up the shooting of his upcoming film Aadipurush. The actress says it was a wonderful time shooting with the team. Earlier today, the actress shared some lovely moments with the film’s director Om Raut on her verified Instagram. The Adipurush actress posted three pictures. The first has the actress celebrating her successful shoot through cake cutting, the second is a lovely picture with the director. While the last one is a beautiful note from Om Raut in which he writes, “Dear Kriti, Today was the last day of our collaboration. God wants more to come. Till next time!!!”.
Sharing the pictures, Kriti praised the team and expressed her gratitude for the project. “I can’t believe this journey has come to an end so soon! My heart sank as I left this super special character I am extremely proud to play: Janki! …Thank you @omraut for giving me Janki And I believe I can carry the weight and responsibility that the character came with… Your vision is extraordinary and I can’t wait for the world to see it! A film I will always be extremely proud of #AdiPurush “, she captioned the photos, adding, a note for her costar, Prabhas, Saif Ali Khan and Sunny Singh.
“Had a wonderful time shooting with @actorprabhas #Saif and @mesunnysingh. Hope many more together! Miss you all!” she added.
Kriti’s post was in response to Raut’s post for the actress. He had informed on social media that the 31-year-old actor has completed shooting for the film and it has been a great experience working with him.
“Dear Kriti, it was magical to see you play the character of Janki. Can’t believe your part is wrapped up. What a lovely journey!!! #Adipurush @Kritisanon,” he wrote along with pictures with him.
Described as a film celebrating “the victory of good over evil”, the project is produced by Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series. The saga of the multilingual period is an adaptation of the Hindu epic Ramayana which depicts Prabhas as Lord Rama, Sunny Singh as Lakshman and Saif Ali Khan as Lankesh.
Aadipurush will release in cinemas on August 11, 2022.
