Providing rental services to several huge organizations, the building brings in monthly revenue of 200 million KRW (about US$175,000). It also has several enterprises in its premises, notably a hospital, an oriental medicine clinic, footwear, jewelery stores and cafes.
In addition, Ren entered into a profit agreement with the sale of a total of 49.5 billion KRW ($43.4 million) from its building in Cheongdam-dong, which went into profit of approximately 30.0 billion KRW (approximately 26.3 million USD).
