  3. Orange is the richest source of Vitamin C
    Bell peppers, guavas, plums, parsley and kiwi are foods that contain more vitamin C than oranges. Capsicum provides 128 mg of vitamin C per 100 grams.
  4. Vitamin C treats COVID
    There is no evidence to substantiate this claim. Vitamin C has been popular since the onset of COVID because of its ability to ease the common cold. Since both the common cold and COVID are respiratory diseases, this myth came to mind.
