BJP once again won power by winning 273 out of 403 seats. At 6.49 pm on March 10, CM Yogi wrote in a tweet, “This huge majority is the seal of the unwavering faith of the common people on the public welfare policies of the Prime Minister.” 12 minutes later, Yogi wrote in another tweet, “UP’s victory is a reward for the energetic guidance, efficient strategy of Home Minister Amit Shah.”

In the third tweet, JP Nadda, in the fourth, Rajnath Singh and in the fifth tweet credited Swatantra Dev Singh for the victory. After this, in the sixth tweet, he congratulated all the party workers by posting a video of the celebration being celebrated at the party office, but there are 5 more names in this victory of BJP, which are not discussed, they do their work silently and leave. They go to some other state to feed lotus flowers. Let us get to know them one by one…

1. Sunil Bansal: Conducted caste survey, kept telling candidates on phone – where are you lagging behind
Sunil Bansal is not from UP. He belongs to Jaipur, Rajasthan. Since 2013, the State General Secretary is on the post of organization in UP. Sunil Bansal was definitely seen in the backroom strategy in all the states where BJP won after the 2014 Lok Sabha elections. BJP’s support base increased due to the work done at the booth level. When booth management was conceived, it was entrusted to Sunil Bansal.

100 days-100 work plan
Sunil Bansal got the survey done before the announcement of the names of the candidates. Look at the caste equation. Talked to the office bearers of the legislatures. After that went and cleared the ticket. Several times he had called party MLAs and said, “Your campaign is lagging, it needs more strength.” The ‘100 days-100 work’ plan before the elections is said to be the brainchild of Bansal.

Sunil Bansal used to travel in the districts of UP and train the officials. This picture was found from his Twitter handle. He was talking to workers in Mau.

Sunil Bansal connected Dalits, OBCs and women to the party at the booth level. Organized their meeting on regular time. Vistaraks were appointed to manage all this. The result was that the party won the seats where the names of the candidates were announced late or they were made candidates in some other assembly.

2. Sanjeev Balyan: Responsible for persuading angry Jats in western Uttar Pradesh
The peasant movement just before the election was a big challenge. Rashtriya Lok Dal chief Jayant Singh was lathi-fired in Hathras. This caused resentment among the Jats about the BJP. The task of persuading them was given to the Union Minister Sanjeev Balyan, living in Muzaffarnagar district. Sanjeev set the arithmetic of 136 seats in Western UP according to his own. On January 25, just before the elections, a meeting of Amit Shah was held with 50 prominent Jat leaders. Took them into confidence.

Sanjeev Baliyan held small meetings in Jat dominated seats and made the office bearers in his favor.

When the results came on March 10, they were astonishing. Of the 58 seats where voting was held in the first phase, the BJP won 46 seats. In the second phase of the 55 seats where voting was held, 30 seats were also won. After the first and second phases, it was being said that the SP won 80 seats in both the phases, but when the results came, this number was 37.

3. Laxmikant Bajpai: Doesn’t go to any rally, but is present in the press conference
In this entire election, the role of Laxmikant Vajpayee of Meerut district was different. The party made him the chairman of the joining committee. Laxmikant included leaders of other parties in his party. Particularly, he did not include the leaders joining the party on the condition that he would be made a candidate in the election. Mulayam Singh’s daughter-in-law Aparna Yadav is an example of this.

The relationship between CM Yogi and Laxmikant Bajpai is good. The two are often seen together.

Laxmikant does not go to any rally, but is often seen in press conferences with CM Yogi. Visited the districts to strengthen the organization. Inducted influential faces in the party. As a result, the party again got a big victory. According to a senior BJP functionary, the Yogi government can give place to Laxmikant Vajpayee in the new cabinet.

4. Dharmendra Pradhan: Takes CM Yogi to Keshav Prasad’s house
Dharmendra Pradhan of Odisha was made in-charge of UP a year ago. When he became in-charge, there was news of camp inside the party. The chief finished it. CM Yogi became CM in 2017 but went to Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya’s house for the first time on 22 June 2021. While CM Yogi and Keshav’s residence is located at 5 Kalidas Marg, just one residence is at a distance. Dharmendra Pradhan is also told behind the message of “everything is better” through this meeting.

Celebrations were held at the BJP headquarters in Delhi after the victory in UP. During this many ministers including Dharmendra Pradhan reached there.

Dharmendra Pradhan went to every part of UP. A strategy was made to distribute the work on micro management. In-charges were fixed in Kashi, Goraksha, Awadh, Kanpur-Bundelkhand, Braj, and Paschim region. Magic Five launched. That is, from election strategy to election management, whatever the responsibility will be, 5 people will be appointed in one area. Radha Mohan Singh of Bihar was also engaged in this work along with Dharmendra Pradhan.

5. Ankit Singh Chandel: BJP’s video delivered on people’s WhatsApp
Ankit Singh Chandel of Ayodhya district is the social media head of UP BJP. Due to Corona, when it was difficult to reach and campaign among the people, then he conveyed the achievements and things of BJP to the people through social media. The central team of BJP IT cell was shifted from Gurugram to Lucknow. The number of posts related to farmers has been increased. Graphic and video were delivered to the people through WhatsApp.

This has been a very popular hashtag. The name of Ankit Singh is said behind it. Apart from this, BJP leaders were seen most active on social media this time, coming live and speaking in front of the people. Ankit’s name also comes behind this decision.
