420 Kovid-19 cases registered in Telangana, 3 deaths Hyderabad News – Times of India

Hyderabad: 420 new records registered in Telangana COVID-19 Cases and three deaths were reported on Saturday, while the number of active cases in the state stood at 7,606.
The total number of cases since the start of the pandemic last year is 6,52,135 and the death toll stands at 3,841.
The number of active containment zones in the state was 23.
Jagtial, Karimnagar and Nalgonda have most of the active containment zones in the state.
A total of 623 patients were declared healthy on Saturday, taking the total number of recovered patients to 6,40,688.
case fatality rate (CFR) is 0.58 percent while the recovery rate is now 98.24 percent.
Of the total cases in the state so far, 79.9 per cent have been asymptomatic while 20.1% have been symptomatic.
On Saturday, 87,355 samples were tested for the novel coronavirus.
Telangana has now completed testing 2.33 crore samples and has reached 6.27 lakh sample tests per million population.
NS Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation 71 cases were reported on Saturday, while neighboring Medchal Malkajgiri reported 29 cases. Ranga Reddy 23 and Sanga Reddy registered 6 cases.
Outside Hyderabad city and its outskirts, Karimnagar recorded the highest number of 47 new cases on Sunday, while Janggaon, Peddapalli, Yadadri Bhongirhandjob Warangal Urban And Khammam saw more cases.
