Disturbances came to the fore in Bhaskar’s investigation
Dainik Bhaskar’s team took identity cards of 10 people. Told the employees of the Health Department that the family needed a certificate to go out. On this, the employees entered with that identity card without questioning and gave the certificate. Surprisingly, those whose identity cards made certificates, they have already died. After 2 hours, the vaccination certificate of the dead was shown issued on the Kovin app. Some were given the date of the second dose by showing the first dose. At the same time, by showing the second dose to many, an entry was made to take the first dose 4 months ago. Certificates were also issued in the names of two Bhaskar’s reporters, who are already vaccinated.
The department accepted, there was a mistake
Dhanbad Civil Surgeon Dr. SK Kant said that less entry of 40 to 50 thousand doses has been received in Dhanbad Sadar. The data is tallying. After that the real figure will come out.
Health Minister said – High level committee will investigate
Health Minister Banna Gupta said that the investigation will be conducted from Dhanbad DC. If needed, a high level inquiry committee will be formed. Action is being taken against the officers and personnel involved.
