Unseasonal rains have wreaked havoc in 4 states of South India. Active North-East Monsoon over Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Kerala has created flood situation in many districts. According to the Meteorological Department (IMD), there may be heavy rain in these states for the next 5 days. Heavy to very heavy rainfall is expected over Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry on November 24 and 25. After 30 years in Andhra Pradesh, the situation has become so bad.
