He said that Air India has given a compensation of Rs 10 lakh to the family of each permanent employee who died due to Kovid-19. He said that when a fixed-term contractual worker died due to Covid-19, the AI ​​paid a compensation of Rs 5 lakh to his family.
He said that the employees infected with Kovid-19 were given 17 days paid quarantine leave. “Reimbursement of vaccination fee is being provided to the employees and their families on their payment,” he said.
