Hyderabad: Telangana 324 new logs on Wednesday covid-19 case, pushing the tally to 6,62,526, while the toll rose to 3,899 with one more fatality.
Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMCA state government bulletin providing details till 5.30 pm on Wednesday said Khammam (24) and Karimnagar (22) districts have the highest number of cases at 79.
It said 280 people were cured of the infectious disease on Wednesday. The cumulative number of those who have been cured so far stood at 6,53,302.
The number of active cases stood at 5,325, the bulletin said.
It said 73,323 samples were tested on Wednesday, taking the cumulative number of samples tested so far to 2,56,53,080.
The samples tested per million population were 6,89,228.
The mortality rate in the state was 0.58 per cent, while at the national level it was 1.3 per cent.
The recovery rate in Telangana was 98.60 percent, while it was 97.59 percent in the country.
