3 charged with shooting and killing a Houston area deputy – Henry Club

Joshua Stewart, 23, and Frederick Clark, 19, were arrested after arriving at the hospital early Friday. Court records show Fredrik Tardi, 17, was arrested later on Friday.

According to court documents, all three have been charged with murder.

Stewart was denied bond at a hearing on Friday, records show, and he has a bail review hearing on Monday. According to court records, both Clarke and Tardy are due to appear in preliminary court on Monday morning.
