Police have arrested 3 accused who wrote Khalistani slogans in Sangrur, the home district of Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann. The accused, a resident of Hamidi of Barnala, addicted to alcohol, wrote these slogans along with his brother-in-law and his son. All three had written these slogans at the behest of the banned Khalistani terrorist organization Sikh for Justice (SFJ). In return, money came from abroad in his account. These three went from Sangrur to Karnal in Haryana and wrote Khalistani slogans there too.

the purpose was to create confusion
Sangrur SSP Mandeep Sidhu said that on June 19 and June 26, some Khalistan-related slogans were written in Sangrur. It was written at a religious place and some other places. The banned organization Sikh for Justice (SFJ) had claimed responsibility. Their motive was to create disturbance in the society and create tension in the communities by breaking the brotherhood.

Former security guard of Elante Mall is the main accused
SSP Sidhu told that SFJ had taken responsibility for them by releasing the video. Resham Singh, his brother-in-law Kulwinder Singh and his son Manpreet Singh were involved in this case. Resham Singh has been working as a security guard at Elante Mall and other malls in Chandigarh.
