2023 Kia Seltos Facelift Unveiling On July 4, Launch Soon: Here’s All About It – Design, Features, Specs

When the South Korean carmaker – Kia entered the Indian market, the Seltos was its first offering. It got really warm response from the audience. The Seltos was an instant hit with Indian buyers for its SUV stance, butch styling, premium interiors, long feature list and engine-gearbox combination. Upon its launch, the Seltos was priced aggressively, making it an attractive option among its rivals. The Seltos has been in the market for a few years now, and it is all set to get a mid-cycle refresh. The facelifted model will be unveiled in India on 4th July. What will be the changes in this? 2023 Kia Seltos Facelift: All-new Design?

The answer to the above question is no. In its facelift, the Seltos has been revised in terms of looks. It will now get a new grille, redesigned headlamp cluster and a new nose with a new profiled bumper. The alloy wheel design will also be completely new. Going by the leaked images, these changes will definitely be present on the car. Apart from this, a set of new tail lamps and bumpers could also be in the works here. The body shell of the Seltos will remain unchanged. Thus, the silhouette will retain its familiarity.


2023 Kia Seltos Facelift: Fresh Interior?

The Kia Seltos facelift that is on sale in the international markets is expected to get some changes on the inside as well. The Seltos could get a new all-digital instrument cluster, slimmer AC vents, rotary-style gear knob for automatic trims and more. The Seltos facelift could also get a bigger panoramic sunroof and ADAS technology. Also, it is likely to get a new theme for the interior.


2023 Kia Seltos facelift: Powertrain and transmission

In the facelifted avatar, the Seltos will be sold with the existing 1.5L NA petrol and 1.5L turbo-diesel engines. However, the 1.4L turbo-petrol will be replaced by the 1.5L turbo-petrol motor which has been recently added to the bin. Also, transmission options will include 6-speed MT, 6-speed IMT, 6-speed AT and 7-speed DCT.
