Tovino Thomas’ survival drama 2018: Everyone Is A Hero has defied all expectations and emerged as a game-changer in Malayalam cinema. The film has achieved the seemingly impossible feat by breaking records and surpassing the remarkable collections of Mohanlal’s Pulimurugan, which held the coveted title of highest grossing Malayalam film in Kerala. With over Rs 160 crore as worldwide box office collections, 2018 has not only surpassed the epic success of Pulimurugan but also SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali: The Conclusion, starring Prabhas in the lead.
Jude Anthony Joseph’s film has struck a chord with the audience, surpassing all expectations, claiming the throne as the new reigning champion by earning Rs 80.11 crore at the box office. According to the report of Forum Keralam, in 2018, it collected more than 2.97 crores on Sunday.

The remarkable box office performance of the Tovino Thomas-starrer has boosted the film’s India gross collection to Rs 89.85 crore, taking its worldwide box office collection to Rs 156 crore. Apart from this, the film has earned Rs 66.15 crore from the international markets.
