10 new cases of Kovid in Uttar Pradesh in last 24 hours. Kanpur News – Times of India

Lucknow: Ten new cases of corona virus infection have been reported in the state in the last 24 hours and an equal number of people have also been cured. COVID-19 The Health Department shared here on Wednesday.
The new cases were reported in Gautam Budh Nagar, Lucknow, Prayagraj, Meerut, Sahranpur, Basti, Bahraich and Chandauli.
The adjustment of new cases and recoveries left the state with 94 active cases in 33 districts with maximum in Lucknow and Gautam Budh Nagar. It also revealed that only one active case of Kovid-19 is left in 16 districts of the state.
The new cases took the total number of cases to 17,10,356, out of which 16,87,353 have been cured. This speaks to the recovery rate of more than 98% patients.
Health department officials also said that though the number of cases has declined, prevention through adherence to epidemic prevention protocols and vaccination is the best safety measure for people in all districts.
Hence, he urged people to follow social distancing and practice COVID-19 appropriate behaviour.
The officials also requested the people to get vaccinated at the earliest in personal and social interest.
