Esha Gupta
Actress Esha Gupta, who made her Bollywood debut with Jannat 2 in 2012, recently made shocking revelations about the challenges she faced during her journey in the industry. Esha, who is currently seen in the web series Ashram 3, revealed that she was once prompted to get an injection of Rs 9000 to get fair skin as she was advised to do so. Esha who has carved a niche for herself in the entertainment industry and continues to work with a handful of actors and directors, recalled the time when she was questioned about her skin colour.
Speaking to Prabhat Khabar, he revealed, “Early in my career, I was advised to sharpen my nose. I was told that I have a round nose. Not long ago, people told me about fair skin. Was advised to take injections and even I was deluded for some time. I went ahead and found that one such injection would cost ₹9000. I will not name them but you will find many of our actresses with fair skin. Will go.”
He further added, “There is a lot of pressure on actresses to look beautiful. I would never want my daughter to become an actor otherwise she will face the pressure of looking beautiful from an early age. She will not be able to live her life like a normal, real person. I want him to be an athlete, he doesn’t even have to study much.”

On the film front, Esha was last seen in Total Dhamaal and One Day Justice Delivered in the year 2019. Recently she is making her mark on the OTT platform with web shows like Nakaab and RejectX.
