Charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. And thus 179 people broke the law. Even 148 people rode motorcycles without wearing helmets. 95 people broke the law by traveling on motorcycles without helmets. 55 people broke the traffic law in other ways.
What information came out on Christmas According to Kolkata Police sources, On December 25, action was also taken to break the law. Police caught 323 people who broke the traffic law on Christmas day. Of these, 84 broke the rule by driving at high speed. 78 people broke the law by driving after drinking alcohol, the number of bike riders without wearing helmet was 45. At the same time, 57 people were sitting behind the motorcycles without wearing helmets.
And don’t know, two people died in a horrific road accident on New Year’s Day. The incident took place at around 5 am on Sunday in Baigachi area of Kalnar in East Burdwan district. The deceased have been identified as Amit Mandal (26) and Raj Das (17). Both of them live in Baruipara area of Kalnar. Two people were going to drink tea on a bike at a dhaba in Gurap area. Then in the morning the fog and with it the motorcycle went out of control and hit the flag pole on the side of the road. He fell on the ground lying on the side of the road. He died on the spot. After that the police rescued him from the spot and took him to Kalna Hospital, where the doctors declared him brought dead.
