Significantly, one of the victims of torture in this incident is Jatin Sharma. He is involved in this attack incident. He released the video of the incident. He shared the video of this incident on his Instagram handle. In that video, he had also named the accused Royston Dewas, Nairon Dias and Kashinath Agarwadekar. Jatin said that these three men attacked him and his family outside the resort in Anjuana. It is seen in the video that a woman present with the Jatins is crying out in panic over the incident. A case has been registered against the accused under section 324. With this, the accused will be released very easily.
