For the first time in Chandraveli, Keylong, Lahaul Spiti, Himachal, the Himalayan Red Fox has been seen eating food from the hands of a human. This animal of shy nature found in the Himalayan regions usually stays away from humans. But, in Khorpani village, the incident of red fox eating roti from human hand has come to the fore.

A hungry Himalayan red fox reached the threshold of Rajesh Shashani’s house on Saturday night. Rajesh realized at a glance that this animal had reached the house in search of food. So he fed bread to the animal with his own hands. During this, he captured the incident of feeding bread in his camera.

Length is 50 to 60 cm
The Himalayan red fox is mainly found in the Himalayan ranges of India and is listed as an endangered species. It is slightly larger than the domestic cat. Can climb trees very easily. It grows to a length of 50 to 60 cm. It has a long tail which is about 30 to 60 cm.
