सोनाली फोगाट मर्डर केस: गोवा की मापूसा अदालत में आज सुनवाई; 22 नवंबर को CBI ने दायर की थी चार्जशीट

Tiktok star and BJP leader Sonali Phogat murder case will be heard in Goa’s Mapusa court today. The lawyers of both the parties have reached Goa. In this case, on November 22, the CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation) filed a charge sheet in a Goa court against Sonali’s PA Sudhir Sangwan and his partner Sukhwinder.

100 pages report in the charge sheet
In the Sonali murder case, the CBI filed the charge sheet in the Mapusa court on November 22. In this charge sheet of more than 2500 pages, forensic report of 100 pages is also included. This matter is going to be heard for the first time today. Sonali Phogat was murdered in Goa on 22-23 August.

Relatives did not reach Goa
The relatives have not reached the hearing of Sonali’s murder case. Sonali’s brother Watan Dhaka, however, had claimed that he would be going to Goa in the coming days and would present his lawyer there. Also go to Goa and take a copy of the charge sheet so that it can be examined. Watan Dhaka said that till now we were on the trust of CBI, but now we will present our own lawyer.

The lawyers of the accused reached the court
The lawyers of the accused have reached Goa in the hearing of BJP leader and tick talk star Sonali Phogat murder case. A petition has been filed for the bail of accused Sudhir Sangwan and Sukhwinder.Sukhwant Singh, the lawyer for the accused side, says that Sonali died due to the negligence of the doctors, she was given two injections which lead to her death. Rest we will prove it in the court.
