In Mandi Kalanwali in Sirsa, Haryana, on Monday afternoon, some people who came in a vehicle fired indiscriminately. Two persons died due to bullet injuries. While two people have been injured. The deceased include Deepak s/o Sitaram and Deepu s/o Iqbal Singh, residents of Kalanwali. Many criminal cases were registered on both of them. The police are involved in the investigation of the matter. The matter is being told of gang war. The injured were admitted to Sirsa civil hospital.

According to the information received, on Monday around 3.30 pm, some people who came in a vehicle started firing on a Scorpio vehicle on Desumalkana Road in Kalanwali city. Deepu, Deepak, Kala and Jagga, residents of Kalanwali were in this vehicle and they were going from Kalanwali Mandi towards Jakhu. The attackers stopped their vehicle and started firing. Deepak and Deepu got shot and died. While Kala and Jagga were injured.
Reasons for the incident not disclosed
The injured Kala and Jagga have been referred to Sirsa civil hospital after first aid. After the information of the incident, Kalanwali’s DSP Yadram and station in-charge Ramphal reached the spot. Police has started investigating the incident. So far the reason behind the incident has not been revealed. The case will be revealed only on the basis of the statement of the injured. It is said that the police have seized a Scorpio vehicle from the spot.
