Today marks one year of the murder of Punjabi singer Shubhdeep Singh alias Sidhu Musewala. On the evening of May 29 itself, six shooters shot him dead in Jawaharke village of Mansa. The gang of notorious gangster Lawrence took the responsibility of this murder. Canada-based gangster Goldie Brar executed this whole conspiracy. In which Lawrence’s brother Anmol and nephew Sachin Thapan were also included.

Police has named 35 accused in this case. Of these, 4 have died. 4 accused are sitting abroad. Punjab Police says that the investigation of this case has been completed. 1850 page challan has been presented in the court. However, Musewala’s family is unhappy with this. They say that only hired killers were caught. Those who had enmity with Musewala, who hatched the entire conspiracy, those faces have not been caught yet.

On the contrary, now our wounds are being scratched by linking Moosewala’s name with gang war. Dainik Bhaskar had an exclusive conversation with his mother Sarpanch Charan Kaur on the completion of one year of Moosewala murder.

Question: The Punjab Police has completed the Moosewala murder case. Are you satisfied?
answer: If we were satisfied with the action then why would we have spoken till now. Have we lost our mind? They threw such a big stone on us that we were not even able to get up. If we had got justice then what was the need to wander from door to door everyday.

Question: Sidhu Musewala’s murder is being linked to gang war?
answer: What can be more important than this that instead of applying ointment, they keep scratching our wounds everyday by talking like this. What do we mean by gang war? They could not fire bullets directly, so people bought them to fire bullets.

They kept saying that 35-40 are in jail, but who are they, they are the ones who fire bullets and give weapons and vehicles, the real culprits are still out.

Question: CM Bhagwant Mann had said that Goldie Brar was caught. Then Anmol Bishnoi’s video also surfaced in America?
answer: Public knows everything. It is the era of social media. Everyone knows how the (Lawrence) interview went? All this is in the hands of the government. If the government wants, it can be known in an hour how the interview was done?

Question: Punjab government minister Kuldeep Dhaliwal had said outside the assembly that he will cooperate, don’t protest. Did you talk to him after that?
answer: It’s been 4 months, he hasn’t even called. Didn’t even say that I had taken you on assurance, so I have to talk to you.

Question: You are saying that all those caught are bought. Then who is behind the murder? Is there any leader, singer or any other?
answer: Everyone has met. We are tired of even mentioning the name. We also expressed doubt that they should be caught. Police is not taking any action, what to do?

Question: What do you think, where did the action of Musewala’s murder reach?
answer: Investigation and action is standing where it was 8-9 months back.

Question: Do you have any hope from the government?
answer: It has been a year if the government had to do something. If nothing happens in one year then what can we expect in future.

Know .. what the police said in this matter
Mansa SP Detective Bal Krishna Singla said- The Special Investigation Team (SIT) formed by the government in this matter has done its work. Two invoices have been presented. The case against 27 has reached the court. Police is doing its job. Satinder Singh alias Goldie Brar, Sachin Thapan, Anmol and Lipin Nehra are abroad, efforts are on to bring them to India. After bringing them here, challan will also be presented against them in the court.

4 big things after Musewala’s murder

1. Police caught 4 shooters, 2 had an encounter
Six shooters Priyavart Fauji, Ankit Sersa, Kashish, Deepak Mundi, Manpreet Mannu and Jagroop Singh Roopa were involved in the murder of Musewala. The police catch Fauji, Sersa, Kashish and Mundi. Mannu and Roopa were encountered near the Attari border.

2. Lawrence’s interview surfaces
On March 14 and 16, two interviews of gangster Lawrence came to the fore. These interviews were given from jail. After the first interview, Punjab DGP Gaurav Yadav said that it was recorded outside Punjab. Lawrence’s interview came again after 2 days. In which he also showed the barracks of the jail. It was claimed that this interview took place from Bathinda Jail. The Punjab Police set up an inquiry but the report has not come till date.

After Lawrence’s interview, the Punjab Police released these photographs claiming that the interview did not take place in a Punjab jail.

Two days later, when Lawrence’s next interview came, his Bathinda jail appearance was seen in it. However, after this the police kept silence on this whole issue.

3. Enmity between Lawrence and Jaggu Bhagwanpuria gang, 2 henchmen killed in gang war
Lawrence and the Jaggu gang are at loggerheads after Musewala’s murder. A few days ago, Lawrence and Jaggu’s henchmen clashed in Goindwal Jail in Punjab. In which Jaggu gang’s shooter Mani Raiya alias Toofan and Manmohan alias Mohana Mansa were killed. This gang war took place only among the murderers of Moosewala.

4. Anmol was claimed to be detained, seen in America
The matter of detaining Lawrence’s brother Anmol in Dubai came to the fore. Although a few days ago he was seen in America. Here he was seen dancing in the show of singer Karan Aujla. Goldie Brar is also suspected to have fled from Canada and is hiding in America’s Fresno City.
