RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav’s kidney transplant was successful on Monday in a hospital in Singapore. This operation went on for 1 hour. His daughter Rohini donated a kidney to Lalu. Rohini was operated before Lalu. Currently both are in ICU. The video of Lalu Yadav shaking hands has been shared by his elder daughter Misa Bharti.

He wrote – It was a very relaxing moment for us when we were allowed to meet Papa in the ICU for a while. Papa shook hands and accepted all your wishes through video and expressed his gratitude.

Before the operation, Rohini tweeted a photo with Lalu. Wrote- Ready to rock and roll. This is enough for me, your well being is my life.

The process of kidney transplant of RJD supremo started from 3 December. The blood group of both Rohini and Lalu is AB positive. Lalu was operated upon at Mount Elizabeth Hospital in Singapore.
