साक्षी-मर्डर केस, पुलिस ने 640 पेज की चार्जशीट दाखिल की: आरोपी पर POCSO एक्ट लगाया; कहा- वे एक-दूसरे को पहले से जानते थे

Police on Wednesday filed a 640-page charge sheet against accused Sahil in Delhi’s Sakshi murder case. Police said in the charge sheet- Sakshi and Sahil already knew each other.

On May 27, accused Sahil and Sakshi had a fight over some issue, then Sahil decided to take revenge from her. On May 28, when Sakshi was going towards the community toilet, Sahil attacked her with a knife.

Arms Act, Section 12 of POCSO, IPC Section 302 (murder), 354-A (punishment for sexual assault), 509 (pointing, commenting with intent to insult a woman) and SC-ST against the accused in the charge sheet Acts were also added. The magistrate court is likely to take cognizance of the charge sheet on July 1.

The whole incident was recorded in CCTV
The CCTV footage of the incident shows Sahil stabbing the girl several times with a knife. The girl gets injured and falls on the ground, even after this the accused continues to attack her. The accused kicks the girl, then picks up a big stone and slams her on the head.

A day after the murder, the police arrested the accused from near Bulandshahr.

Police told in the charge sheet – In the investigation of the case, the police had recovered the knife used in the incident, the clothes and shoes of the accused. As evidence, the police had collected CCTV footage, voice samples and biological evidence.

Police had sent 14 biological exhibits, one chemical exhibit, 4 physics exhibits and one cyber exhibit to FSL Rohini. After this the investigation was handed over to the agency, which helped a lot in the case. The accused had stabbed the minor more than 20 times with a knife, more than 34 wounds were found on his body.

Sahil is the mechanic of AC and fridge
Sahil’s landlord told that his father’s name is Sarfaraz and he was living with his family in Barwala’s Jain Colony for 2 years. Sahil used to repair fridge and AC. The police arrested the accused on May 29 from near Bulandshahr in Uttar Pradesh.

The girl was murdered at this place. People kept coming to see this place for many days after the incident. They used to take photographs here. Although no one talks about the murder case.

Sahil and the minor were in a relationship for 3 years
It is being told in media reports that the girl had made a tattoo of another boy’s name on her hand. She was earlier in a relationship with a boy named Praveen. The breakup of both happened a year ago. After this she got into a relationship with Sahil. Some time ago the girl again started talking to Praveen.

Sahil had threatened Sakshi not to talk to any boy 4 days before the murder, but she did not agree. In the past, the girl had threatened Sahil with a toy gun. He threatened to complain to the police.

Sakshi’s father also knew about Sahil
Sakshi’s father had told the police- My girl was friends with a boy named Sahil for the last one year. Sahil is a resident of Barwala Jain Colony, Delhi. The daughter often used to mention Sahil in front of us. We used to explain to him that son, you are still young, you have the age to read and write. On this she used to get angry with us and went to her friend Neetu.
