Thakur Keshavdev appeared in the court on Tuesday as a party in a case related to Shri Krishna Janmasthan-Idgah episode in Mathura district of Uttar Pradesh. On this, the judge of Civil Judge Senior Division asked Ashutosh Pandey, President of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Nirman Trust, not to bring Laddu Gopal (Thakur Keshavdev) ji to the court.

The party told the court that party no.6 Thakur Keshavdev was shown absent in the court on the previous date. That’s why he has brought Laddu Gopal ji. He demanded the court to ask for Amin’s report of Idgah. The court has fixed February 13 for the next hearing.

Claim on 13.37 acres of Shri Krishna birthplace

Ashutosh Pandey, President of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Nirman Trust and four others have claimed 13.37 acres of land of Shri Krishna Janmasthan in Civil Judge Senior Division. It has been told in the petition that Idgah is also present on this land. On Tuesday, as soon as the parties reached the court with Laddu Gopal, Judge Ruchi Tiwari asked why God was brought to the court.

Demand to get a copy of the case from the court

On this, Ashtosh Pandey told that on the last date, the court had shown the plaintiff number 6 on whom Thakur Keshavdev was absent, so he has brought him. He told that the Amin report of Idgah has been demanded by him from the court. He has given written arguments in the court on the last date. Idgah Secretary Advocate Tanveer Ahmed said that no copy related to the case has been given to him yet. He demanded a copy of the case from the court.
