The Lok Sabha secretariat had asked Rahul to respond to the notice by February 15.

Rahul said- A few days ago I gave a speech in the Parliament about the relationship between our Prime Minister and Adani. I kept my point very polite and respectful. I didn’t use any bad language, didn’t abuse anyone, I just raised some facts.

Rahul said that PM considers himself very powerful. He thinks everyone will be scared of him, but he probably doesn’t know that he will be the last person I fear. Whatever I said in the Parliament was true and hence there was no fear in my mind. Nothing will happen by insulting me. The truth will come to the fore.

Rahul said in the Lok Sabha- Adani at number 2 in the list of rich
Last Tuesday (February 7) in the Lok Sabha, Rahul started his 45-minute speech with Bharat Jodo Yatra. After this he came to the issue of Gautam Adani. He asked questions to the government and Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the Adani and Hindenburg reports.

Rahul said, “In 2014, Gautam Adani was at number 609 in the list of the world’s richest. In a few years, don’t know what magic happened, Adani came second in this list.” Congress MPs raised slogans on this, ‘Modi hai to mumkin hai’.

During this speech, the NDA members also expressed their objection that you are making baseless allegations against the Prime Minister. You should give proof of this and if not, then apologize to the country. However, Rahul’s speech continued amidst these minor uproar and focused only on statements, questions and claims on Adani.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday replied to the President’s address in the Lok Sabha. In his 85-minute speech, he did not answer any question asked by Rahul Gandhi on Adani. Adani was not even mentioned in Modi’s entire speech. However, from the unity of the opposition to Rahul’s Bharat Jodo Yatra, the PM definitely kept taunting.
