Puri Shankaracharya Swami Nischalanand Saraswati said about Yogi Adityanath that he has supported cow slaughter. Shankaracharya said that Yogi Adityanath had said that illegal slaughterhouses should be closed and illegal slaughterhouses should remain. In a country where there are two types of slaughterhouses, Vaidya Vaidya and he gave a statement that illegal slaughterhouses should be closed and if they remain sound, then they have supported cow slaughter.

Shankaracharya said that only those leaders are good for the country who support Hindutva, completely oppose religious conversion, do not support cow slaughter at all.

On the increasing cases of religious conversion, Shankaracharya said that religious conversion takes place only in the knowledge of people like the Chief Minister, Prime Minister, President, Governor, Collector, Commissioner. For this they should be held responsible. If Hindus are alienated from religion in India, then the people responsible for this should be punished.

Told Jesus Christ as Vaishnava

Shankaracharya gave a big statement on Dainik Bhaskar’s question. When Shankaracharya was asked whether Muslims and Christians would have a place in the Hindu nation or not or what would be their role, Shankaracharya replied that everyone’s ancestors were Hindus. Regarding Jesus Christ, Shankaracharya said that his statue with Tilak is installed in Rome, which is kept covered. Jesus Christ was Vaishnava All people who believe in Jesus Christ should become Vaishnava. When Jesus Christ was crucified, he came to Jammu and Kashmir for treatment. His tomb is in Jammu and Kashmir itself.

Recitation of Ramcharitmanas should be done in every house

Shankaracharya opposed the statements made by politicians regarding the verses of Ramcharitmanas. He said that the leaders who are speaking on Ramcharitmanas do not know Ramcharitmanas. On the issue of Ramcharitmanas being included in the curriculum in schools, Shankaracharya said that even if one government does this, the other government changes the policies, it would be better if religious spiritual knowledge like Ramcharitmanas should be read in every house. It is the responsibility of every parent.

Miracles go astray neither is it right

These days, people like Guru Dhirendra Krishna Shastri of Bageshwar Dham are becoming popular among the people because of their claim to speak their mind. On this, Shankaracharya said that if a miracle connects people to Sanatan, does not lead them astray but works to connect them with God, then it is good. It is also a psychological method which develops faith in people. If it serves as a distraction, then there is a need to be careful with them.
