First know what the mother said: The child’s mother Prem Shila Devi told that I am not satisfied with the action of the police. The son did not have the money to eat chocolate, from where would he get the poison. The mall people beat my son to death. I do not know whether the police is taking action in this matter or not. The police haven’t even come to me yet.

What the father said: The child’s father is a mason. He told that he had left for school at 6 in the morning as usual. He asked for money before going to school. I didn’t have them, so I couldn’t give. I told him that I will give him the money tomorrow. What did he do in the mall when he had no money? I don’t know this.

The child’s father alleged that the police had taken the money, hence not taking action.

Till now the police have neither shown them the post-mortem report nor shown the complete video of the CCTV installed in the mall. It has been many days since my son died, but till today the police could not show him the post mortem report or the footage.

The father also says that from where the poison came to the child, it should be investigated. The father has also accused the police of suppressing the case by taking money.
