Rahul Gandhi held a press conference after unfurling the tricolor at Lal Chowk in Srinagar on Sunday.
The closing ceremony of the Bharat Jodo Yatra of the Congress will be held today. This journey started from Kanyakumari on 7 September 2022. After 145 days, today the yatra will be formally concluded at the Sher-e-Kashmir Cricket Stadium in Srinagar. The event will also be attended by filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj and his wife and singer Rekha Bhardwaj.

On Sunday, January 29, Rahul Gandhi hoisted the tricolor at Lal Chowk in Srinagar. He reached there in the car of the security personnel. Sister Priyanka Gandhi was also present with him. After unfurling the tricolor, Rahul’s Bharat Jodo Yatra ended when it was supposed to end on January 30. Sources told Bhaskar that the yatra was called off after the program at Lal Chowk. The program to be held on Monday at the Congress office has also been cancelled.

Rahul said in Srinagar – Democracy should be restored in Jammu and Kashmir
In a press conference on Sunday, Rahul Gandhi said that our stand on Article 370 is clear. This has been discussed in our working committee, I will show you the documents. We want restoration of democracy in Jammu and Kashmir.
