Guwahati got the first AIIMS of North East
In the morning, the Prime Minister inaugurated the AIIMS in Guwahati. It is the first AIIMS of North East. After this, the Prime Minister also addressed a public meeting and targeted the Congress party in gestures. He said that credit-hungry people and the spirit of ruling the public have done a lot of harm to the country. 3 big things of Prime Minister’s speech…

1. Health infrastructure of North-East got a new boost today
Best wishes to all of you on Bihu festival. On this auspicious occasion, the health infrastructure of North-East of Assam has got a new strength today. Today North-East got its first AIIMS and Assam got three new medical colleges.

We work with the spirit of being your servants, that’s why North East does not seem far to us and the feeling of belongingness also remains. Today, people in the North East have gone ahead and taken over the reins of development themselves. Moving forward with the mantra of India’s development.

2. 150 medical colleges were built before 2014, we made 300
Due to the policies of the previous governments, we had less number of doctors and medical professionals. This was a major hindrance to quality healthcare in India. So in the last nine years, our Government Medical worked towards increasing the medical infra and medical professionals.

In the 10 years before 2014 only about 150 medical colleges were built, in the last 9 years about 300 new medical colleges have been built in our government. MBBS seats in the country have also doubled to more than one lakh in the last 9 years.

3. Some people complain that they did not get the credit
Nowadays a new disease is being seen. They complain that they too ruled the country for decades, but why didn’t they get the credit. Credit hungry people and the spirit of ruling the public has done a lot of harm to the country. They were credit hungry and hence the Northeast was too far for them.

We work for the betterment of the people. Instead of vote bank, we focused on reducing the difficulties of the people of the country. We aimed that our sisters do not have to travel far for treatment. We decided that no poor person should have to postpone his treatment due to lack of money.
