Apart from this, a middle-aged man died due to heat stroke in Nalanda. Regarding the incident, the villagers told that 45-year-old Pumppal Singh had gone from his house to the nearby farm. When he did not return home for a long time, the family members searched. During the investigation, the villagers were informed about his death. On being brought to the hospital, the doctors told about death due to fear of heat stroke.

On the other hand, a 60-year-old man died due to heat stroke in Khajuri of Gaya block. The deceased was working as a scribe of the contractor. He used to look after the construction of the building. On Thursday, while watching the construction work of Khajuri Upgraded High School, his health deteriorated. After this he was brought to the Community Health Center, where he died during treatment.

Red alert of heat wave in the state

On Thursday, for the first time this season, the Meteorological Department has issued a red alert regarding the scorching heat in many districts. This alert has raised the concerns of the people. According to the Meteorological Department, the monsoon is likely to advance for the next 3 to 4 days. The mercury crossed 41 in 19 districts of the state. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of wind blowing at a speed of 20 to 30 kilometers per hour in southern and central Bihar of the state during the next 3 days. Due to this, the Meteorological Department has appealed to the people to take special vigilance.
