Paresh Rawal has apologized for the statement made in Valsad before the first phase of voting in Gujarat. He said that I meant illegal Bangladeshis and Rohingyas. During the election campaign for the Bharatiya Janata Party, Paresh had said that the people of Gujarat would tolerate price rise, but not “Bangladeshis and Rohingyas”.

Told the questioner – fish is not an issue
Paresh was badly trolled for this statement. When the controversy did not seem to stop, he apologized. Responding to a user’s tweet, he wrote- “Of course fish is not an issue because Gujaratis also cook and eat fish. But let me clarify that by Bengali I mean illegal Bangladeshis and Rohingyas. But even if I apologize if I hurt your sentiments and feelings.”

At a rally in Valsad, Paresh had said, “Gas cylinders are expensive, sooner or later their price will come down. People will also get employment. But what if Rohingyas and Bangladeshis start living around you like Delhi? Gas cylinder What will you do? Will you cook fish for Bengalis? The people of Gujarat will bear the price rise, but not the neighboring Bangladeshis and Rohingyas.”

Those who abuse need to wear diaper on their mouth
Targeting Arvind Kejriwal, Paresh said- “He comes here by private plane. Then he shows off by sitting in a rickshaw. We have spent our whole life in acting but we have never seen such a gimmick. He abused Hindus a lot and Shaheen Bagh I was serving biryani. People of Gujarat can tolerate inflation but not this… the way they abuse. One of them needs to wear a diaper over his mouth.”
