Last time 4% less voting reduced BJP’s 15 seats.
In the last election, BJP had lost 15 seats in this region due to about 4% less voting as compared to 2012. Patidar, OBC and tribal votes are considered crucial in this region. Out of these 89 seats, 32 are Patidar dominated and 16 are tribal dominated seats. More than 70% voting has been done in only two districts Narmada and Tapi. Voting in 9 districts has been between 50% to 60%.

More voting in tribal areas
