A video has surfaced of Patna’s Phulwari Sharif ASP Manish Kumar Sinha giving body massage to the soldiers. 10 constables have made serious allegations. Everyone has also complained about this by writing a letter to Patna SSP Manavjit Singh Dhillon.

This complaint has been made on behalf of 6 male and 4 female constables. Although there are signatures of only 7 policemen on the complaint letter.
In the entire letter, the constables have mentioned about the harassment of ASP Manish Kumar Sinha.
After the video surfaced, ASP Manish Kumar Sinha has said that I had leg cramps while running. This video was made during the same time at Mithilesh Stadium.
Went for duty, gets work done by calling home
The constables have collectively written a complaint to SSP Patna. It is said in this that on August 27, 2022, our duty was engaged in Phulwari Sharif to create thunderbolt and law and order. ASP is calling all the male policemen at his residence and getting them to do private work. Officers press their feet. Oil is applied all over the body. Gets the clothes cleaned. Apart from this, many others give orders to do the work. Failure to do so is assaulted. Also threatened with suspension. We are feeling very embarrassed to mention all this in this application.
The soldiers have written that they are fed up with this inhuman act. One or two policemen have become victims of depression. Due to this, the occurrence of some untoward incident cannot be ruled out. When ASP calls at his residence, we get scared remembering the inhuman act. They are forced to think that perhaps we have committed some big crime by being appointed as constables.

At the end of the letter, there are signatures of 7 out of 10 soldiers. This includes their ID number and name. Constable Rajkumar Pandit then Gautam Kumar, Sujit Kumar, Pooja Kumari, Manisha Vandana, Preeti Kumar and Nidhi Kumari are named on the letter.
