These days only two major issues remain in the country. One is the strength of the Khalistanis and the other is the tension between the ruling party and the opposition.

Strictness is now visible in Punjab against Khalistan. Till now it was understood that relaxation is being done at the government level itself, but now it is not so. Police is looking for Khalistani Amritpal and many of his special supporters have been arrested. The surprising incident is that as soon as strictness was imposed on Amritpal here in Punjab, the Indian High Commission in London was removed from the tricolor and a Khalistani mark was put there. However, the situation was quickly brought under control and the tricolor was hoisted back proudly.

But the Khalistani have already shown their deeds. It will be remembered that once during the time of VP Singh, there was a suggestion that all the Khalistanis should be made to sit on a ship in the middle of the sea, it should be drowned and soldiers should be stationed around it. If someone comes swimming, he should not be allowed to touch the shore. The other day the news was published that Khalistan has drowned in the sea….

The second issue is the quarrels between the parties and the opposition. continues. The proceedings of both the Houses of the Parliament were adjourned once again like the previous days. Looks like this session will go like this. Rit will go. But the disputes are not being resolved.

The ruling party is adamant on seeking an apology from Rahul and some of his colleagues from the Congress and the opposition are saying why an apology. Let the Adani issue be discussed first. The BJP does not say anything on this and insists on apologizing for Rahul’s statement. If the quarrel is resolved then how? I remembered the quarrel, now a different kind of quarrel has started in the opposition parties. Rahul demonstrated outside the Parliament on the issue of not being allowed to speak in the Lok Sabha.

There were some opposition parties with him in this but Mamta Banerjee’s party was not present. Mamta has directly challenged Rahul’s leadership for the first time. He has said that Modi ji’s TRP increases because of Rahul Gandhi, so he wants to keep Rahul in the news. It means to say that BJP and Prime Minister Modi target Rahul Gandhi as the entire opposition face and their TRPs are being increased while Rahul can be the face of Congress.

The entire opposition was never his follower, nor is it now. This is the reason why Trinamool Congress MPs did not participate in Rahul’s protest. Akhilesh Yadav of Uttar Pradesh is also speaking the language of Mamta. He says that Congress should consider its role. He even said that the way the CBI and ED are being misused today, the Congress had done the same during its rule, so in a way the Congress is responsible for all this.

Nitish Kumar has already asked the Congress to reconsider its role. Congress seems to be getting lonely.
