1. Sisodia in ED custody till March 17, agency to interrogate 7 accused
In the liquor policy case, the court has sent Sisodia to ED’s remand till March 17. Sisodia’s bail plea will now be heard on March 21. Sisodia was arrested by the ED in Tihar Jail on March 9 in connection with the money laundering case. In the court, the investigating agency claimed that there was a conspiracy behind the formulation of the liquor policy. By changing its rules, some special people were given 12% benefit instead of 6%.
The ED said that Sisodia’s assistant Vijay Nair was coordinating the entire conspiracy. Government machinery, middlemen and many others are also involved in this scam. This conspiracy Nair, Sisodia, Telangana CM’s daughter K. Kavita and many other people have composed it together.
2. OYO founder Ritesh Agarwal’s father died after falling from the 20th floor
OYO founder Ritesh Agarwal’s father Ramesh Agarwal died after falling from the 20th floor of a multistorey building. He lived in DLF Christa Society, Gurgaon. He fell down from the balcony of his flat when Ritesh was present at home with his wife and mother. Ritesh Agarwal was married to Geetansha Sood, director of Formation Ventures, just four days back.
After father’s death, Ritesh said- Father’s death is a big loss for our family. My father’s compassion and warmth supported us through our toughest times and carried us forward. His words will always be in our hearts.
3. Raid at 15 places close to Lalu, ED reached the house of all three daughters and son Tejashwi
This video is during the raid on the house of Abu Dojana, a close aide of Lalu Yadav and former RJD MLA.
In the land for job scam case, ED raided 15 locations of Lalu Yadav’s close friends. The ED team also reached the Delhi residence of Lalu Yadav’s three daughters and his son Tejashwi Yadav. At the same time, the investigating agency also raided the house of former RJD MLA Abu Dojana in Patna. During this, Dojana came to the balcony of the house and said that this action is a political conspiracy.
Lalu’s daughter Rohini tweeted about ED’s action. He wrote – What do the rioters, daughter burn party, fugitives, Tadipar people want to prove by opening the fifteen years old closed case? Have some shame. There is a pregnant daughter-in-law in the house. The sisters have small children. You people will feel the sin of torturing them.
4. One patient died in Karnataka-Haryana due to H3N2 influenza, 3038 cases were reported
One patient each has died in Haryana and Karnataka due to H3N2 influenza in the country. So far 3038 cases have been reported in the country. The name of the person who died of influenza in Karnataka is Heera Gowda. He was 82 years old. According to the district health officer, Hira had died on March 1, but it was found on March 6 that he was infected with H3N2.
On the other hand, Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya held a review meeting regarding the increasing cases of H3N2 Influenza. During this, he has issued an advisory to the states to remain alert. Mandaviya said the government is working with the states to deal with the situation.
