SSP Khalil told that 36 people of Kishtwara have gone to Pakistan after joining militancy. On April 26, the Special NIA Court of Jammu had issued non-bailable warrants against 23 terrorists of Kishtwar. All of them were spreading terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir by sitting across the border. Earlier, non-bailable warrants were also issued against 13 other terrorists.
