The SSP of Kishtwar said that the NIA court of Jammu had issued search warrants for the raid.
In Jammu and Kashmir, the Special Investigation Unit (SIU) has conducted raids in three districts. SIU raided 5 terrorist hideouts in Kishtwar, 3 in Pulwama and 3 in Awantipora. There are allegations of involvement in terrorist activities and terror funding.

Kishtwar SSP Khalil Poswal said that the NIA court of Jammu had issued search warrants in the UAPA case to conduct the raid. 5 teams of SIU along with police raided the house of Shahnawaz, Naeem Ahmed, Mohammad Iqbal, Shahnawaz Kanth and Javid Hussain.
According to an official, these terrorists have gone to Pakistan and spread terror by sitting there. SSP Khalil said that on the basis of the evidence found during the raid, his role in anti-national activities and terrorist incidents would be decided.
The SIU along with the police raided the hideouts of the terrorists.
Raid on 3-3 locations in Pulwama-Avantipora
SIU raided 3 locations in Pulwama. The agency raided the terror funding case in Tral area of Pulwama. A case was also registered in this matter at the local police station.
On the other hand, the houses of three accused Manzoor Ahmad Wani, Mohsin Ahmad Lone and Arif Bashir Bhatt were raided in Awantipora. In the raid, more evidence related to their involvement in terror crimes was collected.
36 terrorists have gone to Pakistan
SSP Khalil told that 36 people of Kishtwara have gone to Pakistan after joining militancy. On April 26, the Special NIA Court of Jammu had issued non-bailable warrants against 23 terrorists of Kishtwar. All of them were spreading terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir by sitting across the border. Earlier, non-bailable warrants were also issued against 13 other terrorists.
