In this sting, the employee revealed in front of Bhaskar’s hidden camera that he has been doing the work of sir’s house and walking the dog for two and a half years.
This employee, who draws a monthly salary of Rs 40,000 from the Public Works Department, had also revealed that two employees are posted at the house of the senior engineer of the department for cooking and other household chores. If departmental sources are to be believed, this business of getting class IV employees to do their domestic work is in vogue for a long time.
According to an estimate, more than 500 employees working in the Public Works Department in the state are deployed in the service of the people, where the people and their families are enjoying due to the misuse of the services of the employees who are appointed to serve the public. On the other hand, the people of the state are not getting better services.
