VARANASI: No positive case was reported from Varanasi in the last 24 hours on Tuesday.
Reportedly, the cumulative number of positive cases and recoveries in the district stood at 82,380 and 81,596 respectively. At present there are 11 active cases of Kovid-19 in Varanasi. In Jaunpur district, one person tested positive for Covid-19, while one patient was cured on Tuesday. At present, there are five active cases of Kovid-19 in Jaunpur. In Chandauli district, one person tested positive for Covid-19 on Tuesday, taking the number of positive cases to 16,201. So far 15,841 patients have been cured in the district. At present there are 4 active cases in Chandauli.
Earlier, Sonbhadra district had not reported any new case of Covid-19, and there was no recovery on Monday. Out of 17,036 positive cases. 16,779 patients have been cured in the district. At present, there are two active cases of Kovid-19 in Sonbhadra.
