Nihang Singh Sarabjit Singh surrendered after the murder on the Singhu border of Delhi-Haryana. It has also been claimed that 20 people have been sent from Punjab to commit sacrilege and were given Rs 30,000. According to Sarabjit Singh, Lakhbir Singh, who was killed, was trying to take away the Sri Guru Granth Sahib at 3 o’clock late in the night and scattered the Rumala Sahib lying there. I reached the spot and caught him. He took Sri Guru Granth Sahib from him and after that he was again illuminated. It has also been made clear from Nihang Singh that the United Kisan Morcha has nothing to do with it. On the side of the Morcha, it has been said on their behalf that the Front has always been separate from them. Sarabjit confessed that he had cut off the arm and leg of Mare Lakhbir. After this, Sarabjit surrendered before the police who arrived from Kundli police station.

Police had registered a criminal case against unknown
Lakhvir Singh’s body was found hanging near the stage of United Kisan Morcha at 5 am on Friday. The dead body remained there for 4 hours. Despite dozens of videos going viral, the police registered a case of murder against the unknown. On Friday evening, the same Nihang Singh surrendered himself. The police arrested him and started interrogating him. He will be produced in the court on Saturday.

More arrests can be made on the basis of video
Police may arrest some other people in this case as well. Police have registered a case under 302, 34 IPC. It is clear that two or more people were involved in the murder. In such a situation, the police can also arrest some other people. Depending on the video this action can be taken. Inspector Ravi Kumar says we are investigating the matter, Sarabjit Singh will be questioned.
