New Delhi: Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma and Indian cricketer Virat Kohli, who tied the knot in 2017, celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary on Saturday (December 11). On the occasion of her anniversary, the ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ actress wrote a heartfelt post for her husband on social media. She also shared a series of unseen pictures along with the note.

The ‘Pari’ star treated fans with several throwback snaps wishing her husband on his special day. He said that ‘equal marriage is possible only’ when both the partners are ‘safe’. Sharma called Kohli the ‘safest man’ she knows and hopes he will never stop ‘goofing off’.

Virushka, fondly called by fans, got married on December 11, 2017 in an intimate ceremony in Italy. They welcomed their first child after three years of marriage. The couple has named their baby girl Vamika Kohli.

The right-handed batsman posted three pictures on Instagram along with a heartwarming post. He said that his fourth anniversary is special because of his daughter Vamika. He wrote, “4 years you are handling my silly jokes and my laziness, 4 years accepting me for who I am everyday and loving me no matter how upset I am. Biggest blessings May 4 years of God shower upon us. 4 years of marriage to the most honest, loving, brave woman and who inspired me to stand up for what is right, even when the whole world is against you.”
He further added, “It’s been 4 years since I got married to you. You complete me in every way, I will always love you with what I have.
This day is all the more special as it is our first anniversary as a family and life is complete with this little baby.”
