After 4 years 10 months and 14 days, Yogi Adityanath came to give his report. It has a total of 1782 days. He read its report non-stop in 77 minutes 50 seconds. He counted achievements in total of 87 points in 6 subjects. We analyzed all their claims one by one, which pertain to the large population of the state. Three things came out of this.
First: Those 7 claims of CM Yogi, which are denied by the figures of his government or any reputed institution.
Second: 3 such claims, which have really benefited a large population.
third: Those two things which are related to the large population of UP, but ended in one line and went ahead. Let’s go one by one…
1: Claims to reduce unemployment rate by 15%, but has actually increased by .6% Yogi’s claim: When the country’s prestigious organization CMIE compared the unemployment rate of Uttar Pradesh, it was 18% in 2016-17, today it is 3 % Is.’
Truth of claim: When the Yogi government came to power in March 2017, the unemployment rate was 2.4%. This figure was released by CMIE itself in 2017. 3% in January 2022. Meaning after Yogi came to power and now the unemployment rate has increased by 0.6%
2: Claim of not a single riot, NCRB figures, 34 riots
Yogi Claims: During the Bahujan Samajwadi Party government, 364 riots took place inside the state during 5 years. During the time of the Samajwadi Party government, between 2012 and 2017, there were more than 700 big riots. Hundreds of people died. No riots, no terrorist incidents inside the state from 2017 till now.

The NCRB data shows 34 communal riots in 2017 and 8,990 incidents including riots. In the year 2019, there were 5,714 incidents involving riots and riots. In the year 2018, there were 8,908 incidents involving riots and riots.

Truth of claim: On October 19, Yogi Adityanath laid the foundation stone of 18,847 community toilets under MNREGA convergence through virtual medium. After that the construction also started. There are 97,941 villages under total 59,002 gram panchayats in UP.
According to the information received from the Directorate of Panchayati, 52,811 community toilets have been built till 25 September 2021. It is being maintained by the women of 48,565 Women Self Help Groups. Construction has not taken place in about 7 thousand gram panchayats. It could not be started due to fault in about 10,000 gram panchayats.
Yogi spoke for 77 minutes without stopping while presenting the report card. He didn’t give anyone else a chance to speak.
4: Claimed to give government jobs to five lakh youth, but himself told something else
Yogi’s claim In five years, the government has given employment to 5 lakh youth. That too when the world was battling an epidemic like Corona, the economic situation was bad.
Truth of claim: Yogi Adityanath has been making different promises at different times. On 24 July 2021, the UP government said that in the last four and a half years, 6.65 lakh youth were given government jobs. Then on September 17, 2020, on the birthday of PM Modi, the UP government issued a detailed report and claimed to give 2 lakh 94 thousand 80 jobs.
At that time 85,629 recruitment was pending. He was admitted for the next six months. By April 2021, this number reached 3,79 lakh. After this one lakh jobs were promised, but no recruitment was completed.
5: Claimed to give free gas to two crore women, given to 1.67 crore only
Yogi Claims: In Uttar Pradesh, more than 2 crore women were given free gas connections in the last five years.
truth of claim This scheme of free gas connection and gas cylinder is in the name of Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana. It is operated by the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas. For this, the central government releases the budget. LPG gas connections were given to 1.47 crore people in UP under Ujjwala Yojana 1.0.
Ujjwala Yojana 2.0 started on 25 August 2021. Under this, the Yogi government has set a target of providing free gas connections to 20 lakh people. That is, a total of 1.67 crore people were given free gas cylinders.
6: Claims to build 1.5 lakh smart schools, children sit on the ground in more than 68 schools Yogi’s claim: More than 1.40 lakh schools of Basic Education Council have been made smart. Desk-bench, separate toilet, drinking water arrangements have been made for sitting there.
Truth of claim: There are total 1,58,839 schools in UP including primary and upper primary. Four years ago, in 68,603 schools of UP, students used to sit on the ground. The situation improved but still in 40 thousand schools students sit on the ground.
About 20 thousand schools do not have separate toilets. Many schools do not have boundary walls. On March 2, 2021, Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal told that more than 2 lakh 17 thousand posts are vacant in UP.
It is in second place after 2 lakh 75 thousand of Bihar in the whole country. Keeping such a large number of vacant posts of teachers does not seem possible to make schools smart.
7: Claim of loan waiver of 86 lakh farmers, only 45 lakh
Yogi Claims: When our government came in 2017, we waived off the loans of 86 lakh farmers of the state amounting to Rs 36,000 crore in our first cabinet meeting.
Truth of claim: In the year 2021, under the Right to Information Act, RTI activist Rahul Kumar had sought information about UP loan waiver. The question was, how much loan was waived in UP in the last four years.
On this a written reply came that from 2017 to the year 2020, the loans of 45 lakh 24 thousand 144 farmers have been waived in UP. The figure of 86 lakh mentioned in the report card is double of this number.

While giving the report card, Yogi Adityanath was repeatedly talking about the SP government and the BSP government.
3 achievements of the government, which really helped the public
1. PM Swamitva Scheme: Families who had been living in the village for a long time by building a house but had no paper for their land. The government did the work of renaming their land and houses. 23.47 lakh people from 15,940 villages of UP got their house papers. This is the name of the female member of the Gharauni family.
2. Chief Minister Mass Marriage Scheme: Under this scheme, the newly married couple used to get Rs 35,000 earlier, the Yogi government increased it to Rs 51,000.
3. Saubhagya Scheme: This scheme proved to be very helpful for providing electricity to every household. 1.43 crore households were connected with free electricity connections. This is the reason why the issue of providing electricity to every household has been left behind in this election. The issue of cheap and free electricity became dominant.

These 2 things were ever told the achievement, not even discussed in the last report card
1. Anti Romeo Squad: Ahead of the 2017 assembly elections, the anti-Romeo squad was heavily campaigned. When the government was formed, it was formed in every district. Not even a month passed and news started pouring in that couples sitting in the parks with mutual consent were being harassed.
At this time, an RTI was filed to know the condition of this squad, then it was found that between 22 March and 30 November, a total of 14,454 arrests were made. On average, 11 arrests are made every day. If you look at the population and area of UP, then the number is very less. This is the reason why CM Yogi ended the mention of Anti Romeo in just one line.
2. Anti Land Mafia Task Force: In his 77-minute address, CM Yogi went ahead by aligning the Anti Land Mafia Task Force in one line. The government confiscated or demolished illegal properties worth over Rs 2,046 crore in the entire five years. In the rallies, CM Yogi insists on the bulldozer, but in the press conference he went ahead.
