Wednesday’s episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai begins with Akshara clarifying that she will never support Harsh. She further says that she will do what she finds best for Manjari. Akshara also warns Harsh saying that he will regret whatever he is doing and hence he should fix things before it is too late.
The next day, Abhimanyu is looking for something when Akshara too wakes up and tries to fix things with him. They hug each other but soon notice the divorce papers. The couple then realizes that they are not supporting each other. At the same time, Harsh calls Manjari for tea but remembers what happened the previous day. However, he is shocked when he sees that Neil brings him a cup of tea.
Later, when Manjari wakes up, she finds Harsh sitting by the bed. He gives her a glass of water and asks her to drink it. Harsh then asks Manjari to talk to Abhimanyu that he is adamant about their divorce. He tells her that people will make fun of him if they get separated at this stage of their life. Harsh does not request but orders Manjari to explain things to Abhimanyu and persuade him.
Akshara overhears all this and fills Harsh with anger. She then meets Manjari and tries to please her. She informs him about a music concert and requests him to accompany her for the same. Abhimanyu also comes there and tells Manjari that hope she knows that whatever he does will be good for her and the family.
After sometime Akshara tries to console Manjari and brings her to the hall. She is shocked to see everyone gathered there and asks Abhimanyu what happened. To his surprise a lawyer was sitting there and Abhimanyu gives Manjari some papers to sign. Akshara asks Abhimanyu what he is doing and tells him that he needs to calm down. Other family members also request Abhimanyu not to take hasty decisions. However, he asks Manjari to sign the papers. Manjari again takes the pen but throws away the papers and tells them that she cannot divorce her husband. She breaks down saying that she cannot leave her family.
In the coming episodes, we will see that Akshara tries to talk to Abhimanyu and patch things up. However, he is adamant to separate Manjari and Harsh. Akshara tells him that he is behaving like his father.
