WWE Raw saw a lot of drama and some blockbuster matches this week. The show had a riveting match card that sought to lay the foundation for Sunday’s Hell in a Cell event. Becky Lynch began the evening with an in-ring promo that stated that she had given away the Raw Women’s Championship to Asuka because of her maternity break. Asuka and Bianca Belair interrupt her and a three-way brawl ensues.
Monday’s episode also featured a wild contract signing segment for a handicap match between Lashley and the team of Omos and MVP.
Here are highlights of all the action at Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines, Iowa.
Asuka vs Bianca Belair
The high stakes match began after a chaotic brawl between Asuka, Belair and Becky Lynch. Belair reversed the pinning combination to win. At the end of the match, Becky Lynch ambushed both Asuka and Belair.
Ezekiel and Mysterio vs Kevin Owens and Alpha Academy
Ezekiel and The Mysterios won the match better than Alpha Academy and Kevin Owens. In the end, Mysterios hit a double 619 on Gable and Ezekiel executed a vertical suplex to register a fine win.
Alexa Bliss vs Dewdrop
Nikki Ashe was at ringside to support her current tag team partner. The match was too short as Alexa defeated Dewdrop by pinfall. Alexa inspired Twisting Bliss to win the pinfall.
Mustafa Ali vs Ciampa
Mustafa Ali needed to win this match to get a shot at Theory’s United States Championship. After a few minutes into the game, Theory intervened and caused Ciampa’s disqualification. After the match, Theory stated that their match against Ali would take place immediately.

Theory managed to retain their title via pinfall after hitting a disastrous A-Town. Adam Pierce announced after the match that Vince McMahon wanted to see Theory defend his title at Hell in a Cell on Sunday.
The Usose vs Riddle and Shinsuke Nakamura
It was billed as a “Champion’s Contender Match”. However, the end of the match was not impressive as Riddle and Nakamura won after The Usos were disqualified. Jimmy Uso uses Riddle’s scooter to kill Riddle to earn a disqualification.
Liv Morgan vs Rhea Ripley
Rhea Ripley got off to a strong start when she tossed Liv Morgan around the ring before putting her in the ring post. However, Morgan held himself up and returned to the match. The fight soon turned into chaos with the intervention of Damien Priest and AJ Styles. Priest helped Ripley avoid a rollup, but Morgan dodged the following finisher and hit a backstabber to register a fine win.
