We are telling you about Jewar Airport through photos.

29 thousand 650 crores will be spent in the construction of Jewar Airport. The first flight will fly from here in September 2024. Jewar Airport will be built on 5845 hectares of land. However, in the first phase, it will be constructed on 1334 hectares of land. In the first phase, two passenger terminals and two runways will be built here. Later, a total of five runways will be built here.

When Jewar Airport is developed over its entire area, it will be the fourth largest airport in the world, overtaking Florida’s Orlando International Airport. However, this airport will be able to take an international shape like Delhi at least by 2030.

There will be a movement of about 40 lakh passengers in the first year. In 2025-26, the number of passengers can be up to 70 lakhs. The number is expected to grow at a doubling year-on-year. The number of passengers is expected to be around 80 million by 2044.

178 aircraft will be able to stand here simultaneously. With increased air traffic, more runways can be built. In domestic flights, 40 percent of the demand is from commuters to and from metro cities like Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai. Therefore, initially 8 domestic flights will be started from Jewar Airport.

This airport will be connected by four expressways, metro, bullet train and pod taxi. Its most important thing is that the station of metro and bullet train will be built in the terminal building of the airport, in which every facility has been taken care of for the passengers traveling by air.
