He asked the officials to identify 5-6 challenges faced by the district and work towards solving them. “You have to work not for the numbers but for the lives of the people. The authorities should always go for the root cause of the problems and the logic of the rules so that a permanent solution can be found.” He said that the files do not only contain figures and figures but they contain the lives and aspirations of the people. “You have to join the realm for the real experience.
