What experts are calling the current Third World War, the battle between Russia and Ukraine has entered its eighth day. To prevent Russian aggression, several Western countries and some Asian countries have also taken strict action by imposing strict economic sanctions on the Putin-led country. India had always kept its distance from the war, meanwhile, staying away from the UNSC votes.

More than 70 percent of India’s military hardware is made in Russia. Russian Ambassador to Delhi Denis Alipov has assured that uninterrupted supply of S-400 missile systems and other military spare parts to India will continue amid Western sanctions.

However, the question remains. Will India’s relationship with the United States be affected by our continued relationship with Russia?

Major General Sanjay Meston said, “India’s vote in the UNSC is proof that our country has no intention of interfering in Western business.” “There will be no ramifications between India-US relations, because our partnership with Russia dates back years. And we have started dealing with the US as well, with no absolute discrimination,” he said.

Meston continued, “If India had voted for Russia in the UNSC vote, it would have been a different statement. It would mean that India was up for violence. But being neutral means we are with the United Nations on this issue.” Huh.”

When asked, Major General SP Sinha also said, “India’s relations with both the countries can also be taken as ‘option’ for partnership and deal. With Russia, we have a long deal, and With America, we get to keep competing. In the market.”

Talking about US-India relations with respect to the current situation, Sinha said, “India’s relations with both the countries will not deteriorate. The ongoing crisis has nothing to do with India or any other country. Russia is a pipeline. wanted to build that would go to Germany, through which the country would supply petrol and diesel. Ukraine was coming in the middle, leading to the present war, because NATO always wanted to control Ukraine. India’s got anything to do with- Do not give.”
