Putting an end to the speculation that has been going on for a month, the reshuffle in the Narendra Modi cabinet is going to happen on Wednesday evening.
Sources said the new cabinet would be youthful, and would have fair representation from all communities, while some non-performing ministers would be dropped as the prime minister personally reviewed the performance of the current ministers.
