Jammu: Whenever the Jammu and Kashmir assembly elections are held, everyone should participate in it and Congress Preparations should be started for this, senior party leader Ghulam Nabi Azad said on Saturday.
In a brief conversation with reporters outside his residence here, Azad said in response to a question about the possibility of assembly elections in the Union Territory, that at present the delimitation exercise is going on.
