Now, social media has found excerpts from an old interview of Shah Rukh Khan in which he explained the reason for not appearing with his co-stars on the magazine covers.
Shah Rukh discusses why he suddenly quit working with some female co-stars. In the interview, Shah Rukh said that he stopped signing projects with Juhi Chawla once the rumors of an affair spread. He also said that he will do the same thing again and if it continues, he will quit working with Kajol.
Why stay away from magazine covers? The actor claimed that magazines only sensationalize images of actors and actresses together. According to a Reddit thread, Shah Rukh said, “The minute I pose with a woman for a film magazine, they will put an ugly signature on it. Magazines need sensationalism to sell more copies, but I waste.” I refuse to contribute.”
On the gossip column linking him and Kajol, Shah Rukh said that she is like a younger sister and the rumors are because they are a hit couple on-screen. “Just because Baazigar is a success, I’ve heard people say that I have a crazy relationship with Kajol… That’s rebellious to me. Kajol and me? Come on, she’s just a baby girl. Aunt Tanuja’s daughter , my younger sister. Gauri also likes him.”

Meanwhile, Shah Rukh has now been included in the Indian Sign Language Dictionary, which was unveiled by Prime Minister Narendra Modi earlier this month. The actor’s name is one of 10,000 new words added to the digital dictionary of India’s non-voice lexicon.
Shahrukh is currently shooting for his upcoming film ‘Pathan’. He will also appear in Atlee’s next film, tentatively titled Lion.
