Rumours of Natasa Stankovic and cricketer Hardik Pandya’s separation have been making headlines for the last few days. Their separation rumours surfaced online after netizens noticed that the model removed the ‘Pandya’ surname from her Instagram handle. Natasa’s public appearance only fuelled these rumours. While Natasa and Hardik’s marriage is being talked about extensively, fans remember how the two first met.
Natasa had revealed in her wedding video that she met Hardik through a mutual friend. She said, “I went out with a few of my friends and there was also a friend of mine who apparently was also HP’s friend. Then he walks in a hat, some kind of a shawl and blingy-blingy everywhere. In so many years in India, I had not seen such a person, such a persona. I was like, ‘What is this?’ ‘Who is this?’”
“You know when you’re meeting someone for the first time, I was going for the hand and he came for a hug. Don’t know the name, nothing, he was just very friendly, that’s how we met for the first time,” she added. Natasa and Hardik reportedly met for the first time in a nightclub and it was love at first sight for the cricketer.
The two tied the knot in May 2020 amid the coronavirus-induced lockdown. They are also parents to a 3-year-old boy named Agastya Pandya. While neither Natasa Stankovic nor Hardik Pandya have issued a statement on their divorce rumours, Natasa’s latest outing has only added fuel to the fire.
On Saturday, May 25, Natasa was out to grab a bite with Disha Patani’s rumoured boyfriend Aleksander Alexllic when she was spotted by the media. Natasa posed for the paps but when they asked her to comment on the divorce rumours, she smiled and walked off with a “thank you”. This is the first time that Natasa has reacted to the divorce rumours.
Their alleged separation caught everyone’s attention after a Reddit post titled “Natasa and Hardik separated?” went viral. The post claimed that the two have not been posting pictures with each other and questioned Natasa’s absence from IPL 2024 matches.
“Her birthday was on 4th March, and there was no post from Hardik on that day; she also removed all recent posts of her and Hardik except the one where Agastya was with them. Also, she isn’t seen in stands this IPL or post stories regarding the team. While Krunal and Pankhuri still comment on her posts, something is definitely off between both of them,” it added.
